Sonya's Baileys Irish Cream Recipe
1 cup double cream
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups Irish Whisky
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extra
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Taste and then add an extra teaspoon of coffee if you like it stronger. Place in a tightly sealed bottle and refrigerate.
Shake well before serving. Liqueur will keep for 2 months if refrigerated.
